PM Spray: Oil from Micro Algae Schizochytrium Sp. (40% DHA), Olea Europea L. (Olive) Oil, Vitamin D (Medium Chain Triglycerides, Cholecalciferol), Vitamin K (Menaquinone-7), Natural Lemon Flavor, Antioxidant (Tocopherol).
The sprays feature natural flavours. The AM Spray offers a natural strawberry flavour, while The PM Spray offers a natural lemon taste. Both are free from artificial flavourings and sugars, with 95% of the ingredients derived from fruits.
3 sprays under the tongue in the morning (AM SPRAY) and 3 sprays in the afternoon (PM SPRAY). Or both sprays in the morning.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose. This supplement is not suitable for children up to 10 years. Not suitable for persons taking (coumarin) anticoagulants. 400 mcg folate and 150 mcg iodine is recommended for pregnant and lactating women per day. Not recommended for people with thyroid disorders (iodine).
The beneficial effect for brain health is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg
DHA.
