At the moment we are only shipping to The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, UK and the US.
If you reside in a country we currently do not ship to, feel free to reach out to us via email. We'll be happy to explore the options. -
We use DHL with Track & Trace for single purchases and the first delivery of your subscription. For your subsequent refill deliveries, we use POST NL's mailbox service (in NL only) without Track & Trace. For UK shipments we use FEDEX including Track & Trace.

During weekdays, all orders are shipped out same day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next available business day. In the Netherlands, deliveries usually take 1-3 business days.

You will receive your refills every 4 weeks. Each spray bottle lasts for a month, and we include a little extra just in case you need more unexpectedly.

Sure thing, anytime. Just remember to pause or stop your subscription option at least 8 hours before the next order to ensure we can cancel it in time. Otherwise, it will be charged and dispatched.

You'll receive an email when your package is on its way. Our mailbox orders in The Netherlands are shipped via POST NL’s mailbox service. The parcels and international orders are shipped via DHL and UK orders via FEDEX. DHL and FEDEX orders can be tracked with a Track & Trace code. If your package hasn't arrived within a week, please contact hi@thecorewecare.com and we’ll help to track it down. Please note: to receive our sprays in your mailbox, it should be at least 23.5cm wide and 3.5cm high.

Once opened/used, we can not accept returns for hygienic reasons. Refunds apply to your first subscription order only, not any subsequent shipments. For all subsequent shipments, you may reschedule or cancel at any time in your Subscription Account. The return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds. However, your satisfaction is crucial to us. While returns aren’t feasible, we value your feedback to enhance our offerings and ensure a better experience for all our customers.

If unopened, you can return the Blood Test to Mijnlabtest.nl within 14 days. Please follow the return instructions on Mijnlabtest.nl. For questions regarding the delivery of your Blood Test and to track your shipment please contact info@mijnlabtest.nl.
