For optimal health benefits, take the sprays daily. In the morning, apply 3 sprays of the AM Spray under your tongue, and 3 sprays of the PM Spray in the evening. Or take both the AM+PM Spray in the morning. Simply hold lower end of the case, twist the top to open, and spray directly under your tongue. No water or food needed—just use as is.
