Sourcing Standards

We uphold rigorous sourcing standards and foster crucial partnerships with top-tier ingredient providers. All our raw material suppliers undergo scientific validation and testing to guarantee compliance with our exacting quality criteria. We evaluate the suppliers' systems, accreditations, and the specifications of the raw materials themselves. Our production is conducted in complete batches with Full Batch Manufacturing Records, and which means every ingredient is 100% traceable. 

Our products are developed in The Netherlands in accordance with the strictest standards:

Packaging & Recyclability

Our formulas are bottled in brown glass vials that are fully recyclable once you've used them. Glass can be recycled indefinitely and also helps extend shelf life of the vitamins and other light-sensitive substances. Please recycle with other glass according to local regulations. For our secondary product packaging, the surface isn't smooth or shiny because we don't laminate or coat them - which means they can be easily recycled with old paper. Both our secondary packaging and shipping mailers are made from 100% post-consumer recycled FSC certified paper and printed with earth friendly soy-based ink.

Initial Sustainability Promise

Currently, 95% of our packaging is recyclable, excluding the spray cap. We recognize the need for improvement in our environmental practices, aspiring not only for 100% recyclability but also committing to invest in carbon offsets to work towards carbon neutrality, at the very least. We are establishing a comprehensive framework to enhance our overall environmental impact as a company. Our initial actions will focus on: 

  • Minimizing Air Shipping: Avoiding air shipping whenever feasible significantly reduces our carbon footprint. We have already adjusted our shipping strategies accordingly.
  • Subscription Model: We plan to introduce two and three-month subscription options to decrease the overall number of shipments per customer, promoting sustainability.
  • Global Warehousing: Transitioning from a two-node to a multi-node shipping network allows us to have more warehouse facilities globally. This not only enhances order fulfillment efficiency but also reduces delivery costs and our carbon footprint.
  • Education on Carbon Offsets: We are actively educating ourselves on various Carbon Offset activities to make informed and impactful investments.
