We recommend taking your first blood test before you start. In collaboration with the independent lab mijnlabtest.nl, your vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels will be tested from the comfort of your own home.

Once you've done the test, you can start with the Daily Essentials. You will receive refills every 6 weeks. After some time, you decide when it’s right to take the second blood test to see how your levels have changed. We recommend at least 3 months.

Why test Vitamin B12 and D?

These vitamins play a pivotal role in AM+PM - The Essentials, forming the cornerstone of your supplement regimen. As this is our first product launch, we are exclusively concentrating on blood tests measuring these vitamins. With future product launches, we will introduce accompanying blood tests.

The Vitamin B12 & D Blood Test offered by THE CORE* is provided in partnership with Mijnlabtest.nl. Upon receiving your package, carefully read and follow the instructions. Take the test easily in the comfort of your home and return it free of charge. Securely receive your personalized results within 6 business days. This test allows you to self-collect the sample, eliminating the need to visit a collection center. The results are processed by an ISO 15189 certified European laboratory and validated by a biochemist. *THE CORE does not have access to your test results.

What do the sprays taste like

The sprays feature natural flavours. The AM Spray tastes like just water, while The PM Spray offers a natural lemon taste. Both are free from artificial flavourings and sugars, and the lemon is 95% derived from fruits.

We keep our sprays clean by separating water- and oil-soluble vitamins, avoiding the need for emulsifiers. The AM spray is water-soluble and packed with vitamins that help boost energy, improve mood, and reduce stress throughout the day. The PM spray, on the other hand, is oil-based and supports immunity and promotes brain health overnight.

Which ingredients are in the sprays?

Both the AM and the PM Spray contain carefully selected, high-quality ingredients tailored to your needs. The AM spray contains water soluble Folate, Vitamin B12, Iodine and Biotin. The PM spray contains fat soluble vitamins: vitamin D, vitamin K and MCT Oil. All our sprays are free from sugar and unnecessary additives, filler and binders.
