AM Spray: Water, preservative (potassium sorbate), Folate (5MTHF-glucosamine), Iodine (potassium iodide), acidity regulator (citric acid), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin), Biotin.

PM Spray: Medium-Chain Triglyceride Oil, Natural lemon flavour, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), Antioxidant (Alpha Tocopherol).

How to use

3 sprays under the tongue in the morning (AM SPRAY) and 3 sprays in the afternoon (PM SPRAY). Or both sprays in the morning.

Do not exceed recommended daily dose. This supplement is not suitable for children up to 10 years. Not suitable for persons taking (coumarin) anticoagulants. 400 mcg folate and 150 mcg iodine is recommended for pregnant and lactating women per day. Not recommended for people with thyroid disorders (iodine).

The sprays feature natural flavours. The AM Spray tastes like just water, while The PM Spray offers a natural lemon taste. Both are free from artificial flavourings and sugars, and the lemon is 95% derived from fruits.

Which ingredients are in the sprays?

Both the AM and the PM Spray contain carefully selected, high-quality ingredients tailored to your needs. The AM spray contains water soluble Folate, Vitamin B12, Iodine and Biotin. The PM spray contains fat soluble vitamins: vitamin D, vitamin K and MCT Oil. All our sprays are free from sugar and unnecessary additives, filler and binders.

What does it taste like?

The AM spray tastes like just water, the PM like has a slight lemon taste. The lemon flavor is derived from 95% fruit.

Why are there 2 separate sprays?

We keep our sprays clean by separating water- and oil-soluble vitamins, avoiding the need for emulsifiers. The AM spray is water-soluble and packed with vitamins that help boost energy, improve mood, and reduce stress throughout the day. The PM spray, on the other hand, is oil-based and supports immunity and promotes brain health overnight.
